My seller account was permanently banned without warning, all because I shared my personal information with a buyer. For the past month, the website has been a nightmare, constant server errors while logging in, and it even kicks you out mid-deal, forcing you to log in all over again. Eventually, I had to reach my buyer through Discord just to continue the transaction. That’s when they hit me with a permanent ban. What’s worse? My account held all the funds from successful deals, but they refused to release the money due to the ban. I tried speaking with support respectfully, asking for a second chance, but I was met with a wall of repetitive replies: “You broke the seller’s rule,” “The decision is final,” and so on. It didn’t feel like I was talking to a human, it felt robotic and dismissive. If you’re thinking of becoming a seller on this platform, read their Terms & Conditions thoroughly. don't skip it! To any ZeusX representative reading this—I genuinely regret that things reached this point. I understand the importance of upholding your rules, and I assure you this won’t happen again. If I ever break the rules moving forward, you have every right to take action without hesitation. I still believe we can work together as a team, and I’d be truly grateful for one more chance.
