I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely awful service. My monitor was 14 months old and it no longer reports to my phone. I tried to speak to customer service and they are terrible. They said its not reporting you should buy a new monitor. Are you insane. I paid 400 dollars for a monitor and at barely a year old I have to buy another one. Absolutely not. Then they say okay we will send you a new one and when I get it its not even the same model its the old cheap lite model. Seriously do not recommend unless you like to throw away money. Mediocre monitor and terrible customer service
