It worked out in the end
UPDATE Compass did email me today. Now I am waiting to see if they can solve this issue. I will update again if/when it happens. UPDATE I was one of the angry costumers. Compass sent me my refund for the payments I made while my miner was off. They were very kind, professional and solved the issue. I left one star out because I just don't think mining is for me.
