So bought a Nanoleaf 4G kit arrived without a manual which has the QR code to get set up on the app, mailed support immediately after discovering this yet I’m sitting months later with no response with a tv strip I can’t control that’s started falling off the back of my TV, disappointed to say the least, thought spending just shy of £100 on a light strip I wouldn’t be faced with these issues
