The customer service I received when I received and report a damaged item. I had the shear pleasure of working with Eren during my complaint process. Eren was prompt in her responses to me, she kept me well informed every step of the way. She got me a resolution in a timely and favorable fashion. The customer service I received during this process was outstanding and reassured my confidence in good customer service in America which for years, I thought was lost for good.
