Excellent customer service! My original order was out of stock in Europe, but the team went above and beyond to find a solution. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Great communication and fast support. The MAX2 PRO X itself is fantastic — smooth ride, powerful motor, and great build quality. It feels solid and responsive, even at higher speeds. I’m really enjoying it so far. Highly recommend both the product and the company!
