I fixed the problem with support Q1 Pro
I use a Qidi Q1 Pro printer, and I am quite happy with it. I printed a lot. One time have problem with print quality. I contacted with Qidi support and have answer in short time. We fixed prodlem and service manager send me new spare parts. After replaced it , problem was eliminated. Thanks Eleanor:-). I wish Qidi will keep the support quality:-)
