My Exchange process experience
I purchased three linen shirts for my husband for a trip, the shoulder area was a tad bit too snug for him so he thought a XL (he normally wears a L) so he thought for comfort to move up a size. company, gave me their exchange policy. $20 fee to ship out the new shirts and no need to return the large sizes.. (plenty of other companies do this too) My husband really wanted their shirts so I continue the process, CON- I got one email a day (over 10 emails and counting) so this is prolonging for us getting the shirts, and now our trip is around the corner. CON - I was forced to write this email because it’s one of their mandatory steps for exchange. I would’ve not continued, but since I already paid the $20 shipping fee, I’m writing this review. Rate: on experience so far - technically I still need to wait for the shirts, see how long this shipping will be, because we are still going back-and-forth on emails and if i even get sent the correct product. PRO - customer service personnel was nice I will change the rating once the whole process is done with
