No customer service after the sale!
bought 4 barstools from them. 2 of them have cracked backs. Sent them photos as requested. It is now 2 months later and their customer care team still has not responded. Have followed up several times by phone and they acknowledge they received my photos but the customer care team does not take calls, so basically, I do not think they are going to stand by their products. On 7/7/26 I received an email saying they received my claim and photos and the customer care team would reach out to me within 48 hours. It is now 7/28/26 and I haven't heard from them even after several attempts with follow up calls.
