Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money! From start to finish, the whole process has been a complete waste of time and money. Would highly warn others away from using this service/provider. From inaccurate results, poor order fulfilment, poor communication to no refunds (as advertised). I suffer known and suspected allergies, from simple dog/cat allergies to some food intolerances. None of these were picked up however foods which I eat without any issues show as highly intolerant. My partner was the same. Ordered the couples bundle, only received one test kit. Took months to receive a new kit as communication channels are ineffective. Emails are not responded to, phone line does not work, only the Live Chat function on the website is responsive. Money back guarantee, as advertised on their website, is apparently only applicable to hair samples (which are known to be inaccurate, hence going for a blood sample). I wouldn't be surprised if there was T&C's which preclude those samples too. Could not be more disappointed in this utter waste of time and money, so again, I strongly suggest you do not use this service
