I signed up with one plan and during my cool off period I asked the advisor to cancel everything, one day before my debit order an advisor Jennifer called me and I told her I cancelled it and she said they will still be taking a payment, my debit order went out and they told me they will refund me and they haven’t gotten back to me, I send emails and follow up with my proof that my debit order went off DAILY BIT THIS MEDICAL AID IS ONLY THERE TO EAT PEOPLES MONEY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! I’ve been asking for my refund and they all ignore me after my payment has been taken out for their commission!!!!!!!!!!!!!if this is not dealt with I WILL be taking legal actions!!!!
