Outstanding support from Ashley
Outstanding support from Ashley - couldn't be happier! I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service I received from Ashley at FlipBuilder. Her response was incredibly fast and professional, and she went the extra mile to ensure everything was set up perfectly for me. I was having trouble with device registration and needed to download the latest version of Flip PDF Plus Pro. Ashley not only confirmed my registration permissions quickly but also provided the direct download link, making the entire process seamless and hassle-free. This level of customer support is truly refreshing in today's world. Ashley's efficiency and helpfulness saved me time and eliminated any potential confusion. FlipBuilder is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member, and I'm genuinely grateful for her assistance. Highly recommend FlipBuilder not just for their software, but for their outstanding customer service. Five stars without hesitation! — Greene
