Drop shipping without full disclosure
I was genuinely disappointed by my experience with Nerdywave. While the products themselves are decent, I feel misled by how the company presents itself. They claim to be a U.S.-based brand, but nowhere on the site do they make it clear that the items are actually shipped directly from China. I specifically read through the FAQ and About Us section before ordering, to avoid exactly this kind of situation. Had I known the items would be individually shipped from across the world, I wouldn’t have placed the order. I care about reducing my environmental impact, and three T-shirts flown in from China is the opposite of what I intended. I find this lack of transparency frustrating and unacceptable. At best, it’s poor communication. At worst, it’s deliberately misleading. This kind of business model (drop shipping without full disclosure) erodes consumer trust. I would urge Nerdywave to clearly state where products are manufactured and shipped from. Until then, I can’t recommend them.
