Great D2C deals, good customer support
I've been ordering Ulanzi products directly from their website since September 2024, with a total purchases exceeding $1200. Their prices are excellent, and I consistently received free shipping to RO (EU) within two weeks, which is impressive given it's from CN. One of my recent orders was delayed for over 20 days due to battery shipping regulations, with the package stuck at the carrier's facility. I reached out to customer support (service email), and they kept in touch throughout, typically replying within a day. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help resolve the issue. I'll definitely continue using their direct-to-consumer site.
