The return process with this company is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. It is horrible. They wouldn’t send me a return label until I sent a strongly worded email, and even then, they provided two separate codes for what was originally one order. The process is confusing, not prepaid, and appears to be run from overseas, likely China. They use Amazon for their return process even if you order from them directly. If you like the clothes, I highly recommend ordering through Amazon for an easier return experience. Read other reviews — I’m not the only one frustrated. Absolutely terrible system. UPDATE: Although I was initially frustrated with the return process, I want to acknowledge that the customer service team ultimately made things right. They processed my refund in a timely manner and went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. They also assured me that they are working to improve their return process to prevent similar issues in the future. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and their commitment to better service.
