if it was possible I would give a negative star, worst experience ever, the customer service lady booked my round trip flight for $700 then she turned around and said my return flight was not guaranteed and I would have to pay an additional $400 to upgrade so as to guarantee my return flight, when I told her to cancel she said it was not possible because it was already confirmed by the airline, simple fix, I blocked my card which I guess ticked her off, she's still calling me 24 hours later.
