20 days in and still no conformation
20 days in and still no conformation on my order. Had similar issues to other reviewers where they have one inactive email address (service(at)riimall.com) and another who briefly replied to my emails, and seemed clueless about the information I'd provided them about my order, shortly before ignoring my further attempts at communicating with them (support(at)riitek.com). I'm simply left to wait for the minimum 30 days wait before NatWest allows me to file a charge-back against my purchase as they never provided an estimated delivery date. I'm still awaiting an unexpected delivery by them like other reviewers experienced, but what's worse is I know the product's good for the price (the RK100+ keyboard) as my previous one lasted several years of constant use before wearing down. However, I must have made the order through a third-party like Amazon last time, as I never had this issue before. And so, I've been left with a broken keyboard with no replacement for just over 20 days now, thankfully Windows has a virtual keyboard.
