I would give ZERO stars if possible
I would give ZERO stars if possible. I had the absolute worse experience with my order or shall I say the product that they sent me. When asked about return they sent me $8 and I am not even sure ever received it. The nerve to receive an email today asking to remove my comment. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. They will send you a nicely written email from the so called customer service with no attempt to solve the issue. If you do not have the stock of what you advertise, the best practice will be to cancel the order not steal customers hard earned money! BAD company.

Fraudulent Business
There should be a way to give negative stars. The company finally shipped my order but it was not what I ordered. Here is the response:

We have received your feedback and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Regarding the situation you mentioned, we would like to clarify the following: this product is shipped on a random basis—either the new or the previous model—as part of our standard inventory management strategy. However, please rest assured that whether you receive the new or the previous model, the product's core functions, user experience, and quality standards remain completely consistent. Both versions undergo rigorous quality testing and are fully capable of meeting your usage requirements.
We fully understand your concern regarding product quality. Should you encounter any issues while using the product you received, or if you still have any lingering concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know; we will do our utmost to assist you in resolving the matter.
Thank you once again for your understanding and support!
Best regards,

I have been asked to accept $8 USD which obviously less than pai. They only ship what they have not what you ordered. They could have just cancelled the order but just another company taking advantage of their customers. Do NOT shop here.
