Onyx Watch Return
In my opinion, their Onyx watch alarm does not work well with heavy sleepers. I was initially disappointed with lack of communication from customer service- the phone number is disconnected and email response time was two days. They expressed to me the influx of inquiries with promotions and I entirely understand that. They assisted me with my return efficiently and I will be pleased to work with them in the future for other products.
