Misleading use of 'Recuva' name and free version asks for payment
I searched for Recuva software and EasyUS was displayed with the headline 'Recuva'. After four hours of unknowingly using the free version of EasyUS I was presented with a payment screen to recover the files found on my pen drive. So two problems: 1. They piggy back on another software company's name and 2. They charge to recover your files using the 'free' version. What a waste of time. Looking back on this experience, if they were more open about their product I might have found it worth paying a reasonable sum.
