The person I spoke with was very kind and polite and knowledgeable. I got what I wanted out of the deal and saved a lot of money. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is it did feel an awful lot like a sales call. I understand it's their job and what they are told to do, but trying to be upsold constantly was not my favorite.
