I want to say Mario Im sure not what state or country. But he was awesome. He was nice to talk to real live person. They are having technically issues and instead of the other customer agent telling what I wanted to hear. He was honest made sure he I got right answer. He did anything he could to help me. Even the managers could not help. I had figure this out myself. Not tell me where my prescription eye glasses store would give me a approval. There system needs a up grade. Hope the technology department needs give a upgrade on this on order prescription eye glasses in there system. THANK YOU MARIO. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION. AWESOME AGENT.
