SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT: Avoid Moongor at all costs. This company is running a classic bait-and-switch operation. I ordered a specific dress. What I received was not even close, cheap, incorrect, and clearly not what was advertised. When I contacted Moongor, they offered a partial refund if I kept the wrong item, or said I’d have to pay to return it myself to get a refund, even though it was their mistake. I escalated to PayPal with full documentation, including photos and screenshots of the original order. They still sided with the seller unless I agreed to pay for the return shipping. That’s their loophole, and Moongor knows it. This is a coordinated scam that abuses PayPal’s weak dispute system. You either lose your money or pay more to ship back something you never wanted in the first place. Save yourself the stress. Moongor is not legitimate. And PayPal isn’t protecting buyers in these cases anymore. Be warned.
