Update on CheapTickets for last submission. This team is so cunning & making people fool.... Till last day they never done anything. Finally they made me fly in Economy instead Premium Economy. All of you please complete ban using this platform so that they learn a lesson by not taking care of customers and cheating customers
Such a horrible experience with the whole team. In last 1 month - I must have chatted and spoken to 10 different staff and everybody just buy time not to solve the problem. Few names just incase if the Management wants to punish them by fake promises - Bhumi/Prasada/Saleem. They just say - Give us 2-3 or 7-8 hours MAXIMUM. We will surely revert. This is very shameful even to write that this is a matter of just SGD 20 where the booking was done in Premium Economy and Cheap Tickets provided Economy tickets and not resolved till today. Last 3 days remaining to fly - and finally as a customer I have no energy left over for follow up. Now only miracle can change the tickets. Hope this is being read by all customers to avoid using this platform.
