I do not recommend buying anything on this site. If you buy a skin and it goes up in price in a few days, the purchase will be cancelled. Now the skin costs more than you put on your balance, and they won't let you withdraw money from your balance (what kind of site is this that you can't withdraw your own deposit). Bottom line: you have to add the missing amount (it already sounds like some kind of scam). You add money, buy a skin, and what happens? That's right, if it goes up in price again, the events repeat themselves. After some point, the site went downhill, the support alone is worth something - a bunch of idiots who can't read by letters and understand the essence of your question. You ask them a question - you get an answer on a completely different topic, you ask another - unfortunately we can't help or the information is confidential. Don't waste your time and nerves, and most importantly - the money you put on the site, you will never be allowed to withdraw it. Don't be fooled by low prices, look for alternative sites.
