Milwaukee head lamp started smoking when I went to charge. I only had the unit for 7 weeks took it back to Sydney tools and the agreement between them and Milwaukee is to send it away for inspection rather than replace on the spot. The accc states any major faulty item is to be replaced or refunded. Now I’m without a headlamp for 2-3weeks now imagine you brought a tool u require on a daily basis and it fails and you have to wait weeks for refund or replacement what a ridiculous policy. You just lost another customer lost not that Milwaukee cares as the man I rang at Milwaukee about my issue was rude and couldn’t care less basically said that’s the way it is ,not my problem.
