AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
I am having a massive tussle trying to get my money back for a refund - they keep sending non-committal replies such as "accounting will refund" when asked for a likely timeline for a refund. Worse, they don't even acknowledge a returned item, so for all I know they might be fobbing me off with the intention of keeping my money. Terribly disappointed, if they don't refund in the next 2 days then I will have to take legal action against them.
