My experience was really great. The response times after my order were so fast. The item color I ordered was out of stock and I was notified right away so I could revise. The Basecamp multi-tools are really well built and the print looks amazing. Thanks to my customer service rep Paola, and artist Ruth for helping me to get a quality branded product for our H&S Event. Order placed on 5/21, received on 6/3.
