ZYNGA never assists its players on WWF….. lots of glitches that never get addressed. All they want is your money to play ad free. You have to scroll through ads to obtain ‘coins’ for swapping letters. I have queried many many times the distribution of letters, and have been forced into swapping letters, which invariably leads to using your free coins, then you are forced to buy if you want to play. I don’t…. I won’t give them a penny of my money. The game is a fraud.
