Resolved: Didn't properly credit completed course
Update: I appreciate Customer Service reaching out from this review. I sent them the same thing I sent to customer service when this first happened. They reviewed their systems and granted the credit that was earned. I've increased the rating which more accurately reflects my overall experience with this CPE site. Their system did not recognize my completion of a live 4-hr webinar I attended (and answered every polling question, and commented in the chat). I contacted them and gave them all the information I had. They did not rectify the situation and only offered that I take the course again. Very frustrating! I am looking for a different CPE provider with better, more stable and reliable systems.
