Delayed Certificate!!!!
The training itself was fine, but I finished on a Saturday and had court first thing Monday morning. It makes no sense why they couldn't issue my completion certificate right away, especially since the entire process is electronic. Instead, their policy allows up to 24 hours to email it, excluding weekends and holidays. As a result, I had to appear in court this morning without my certificate because they didn't email it until later this afternoon. Had I known an automated online course wouldn't provide instant access to an electronic certificate, I never would have used this driving school!
