Do not trust G2G Shield
Do not trust G2G Shield or their advertised Buyer's Protection. I purchased an in-game bundle, and after the automatic 72-hour system timer expired, the seller immediately deleted their account. Shortly after, the game developer (Riot Games) deducted the points due to chargeback fraud committed by the seller, leaving me with a negative account balance and locked access. When I provided 100% solid video and official email proof from the game publisher, G2G customer support repeatedly copy-pasted automated templates, refused to help, and protected the scammer by hiding behind "Section 2.1 of the Refund Policy." To make matters worse, as soon as I opened an official dispute to recover my funds via PayPal, G2G retaliated by completely banning my G2G account to block my access to the transaction history. Terrible business practices, deceptive advertising, and total disregard for EU Consumer Law. I have filed an official criminal complaint and a report with the Consumer Protection Agency. Avoid this platform at all costs!
