Shopee, blocking and hiding customer messages on your page doesn’t make the issue disappear — it only highlights your guilt and lack of accountability. Your own delivery team has clearly failed to train their couriers to read basic delivery instructions — both on the shipping label and the permanent note on my gate stating clearly to leave the parcel in the riser. Instead, your delivery personnel ignore all instructions, drop the item on the floor, take a photo, and leave. If you truly stood by your decisions and service, you wouldn’t need to silence frustrated customers — you'd fix the root of the problem.
