Big Scammers
I want to share my experience with one of the most unscrupulous "scammers" in the auto shipping industry. Initially, I received a quote from a gentleman named HENRY for $890 USD, and I deposited $190 to secure the shipment. However, the day before the scheduled pick-up, I received a call from another representative named MOHAMMED, who shockingly demanded an outrageous $2700. Being stuck in California, I simply couldn't afford such a steep increase. In a desperate attempt to gain my trust, he played on our shared faith, saying, "Bro, come on, you’re a Muslim too. I’m just trying to help you," and offered to lower the price to $1850. At that moment, I knew I was being taken advantage of, and unfortunately, I lost my initial deposit. This appears to be a deliberate strategy they employ: first, they book your shipment, take your deposit, and then try to extort double or even triple the original amount, all while keeping your hard-earned money. I've attempted to contact their San Francisco office, but my calls have gone unanswered. I reached out to the Virginia office and spoke to the manager, who promised to investigate my issue. Yet, after nearly a week of waiting, I still can't get anyone on the phone. I urge everyone to be cautious. There are countless reputable companies out there, so please steer clear of these dishonest operators. Protect yourself and your investments!eping your hard-earned money.
