Hiccup with delivery but beautiful glasses
First shipment was lost in transit but the team started an investigation as soon as I emailed and reshipped my order quickly. Second lot turned up super quick and the glasses are great - husband was chuffed with his (slightly late) birthday present. They are beautiful glasses and the customer care team is very efficient!
