Wrong Phone Sent, Late Delivery, and Poor Communication
I bought a secondhand iPhone from this shop at a cheaper price, but the overall experience was very frustrating. First, they sent me the wrong phone, and I had to return it. Then, the correct phone arrived much later than expected, due to delays on the shop's end , not the courier. To make things worse, the shop listed a phone number that was unreachable, so the only way to contact them was through email, and even then, the replies were slow and unhelpful. For any kind of online purchase , even secondhand , I expect at least basic customer support. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you want a smooth or reliable buying experience.
