An update to previous 1 star - Onyx wrist alarm
A small update regarding my dissatisfaction with the onyx wrist alarm, while I was disappointed something marketed for deep sleepers like myself didn’t work along with what seemed to be similar complaints from other deep sleepers, I have to say the customer service is impeccable. I posted my original review just over a day ago they responded within a few hours on trustpilot asking me to reach out I did and just a day later I was issued a full refund without need to send the product back. I’m extremely satisfied - while the alarm did not work for me the fast working support team definitely made up for it.
