A terrible experience purchasing a truly terrible item
I purchased the Foldable Storage Shelving Units Metal from Joybos. The advertised delivery time was 2-5 days for Australia. In the end, it took almost 10 weeks for the item to be delivered from China. When the item finally arrived, it was badly dented and damaged from transit (which hasn’t surprised me given the state of the packaging on arrival - it was visibly damaged and torn). They need to reconsider their delivery partner. Every shelf is dented and bent. The locking bar at the back of the shelves is bent. The plastic end caps have been broken and pushed into the frame. All up, it’s in pretty bad shape. No doubt a contributor to the amount of damage sustained, the quality of the unit is awful. I’ve purchased some crap from the internet in my time but this would have to be the lowest quality item ever. The metal is so thin it warps and bends with a touch. The whole unit is wobbly and unstable as it flexes. So all up, a terrible experience purchasing a truly terrible item. The only redeeming feature (and why I gave 2 stars, not one) is they provided a $20 refund to make up for the delayed delivery.
