False advertisement
The product you sold me was advertised differently than what I was expecting and what I received I didn't know that I was purchasing a 4 ft child size doll and the shape of the body structure did not match anywhere near what the advertisement showed therefore I have lost trust and faith in your company. I also asked you for more pictures or videos of the product before I agreed to have it sent but nothing shows up and I couldn't see how it looked from different directions and couldn't see how short it was, I don't use the metrics system here in the United States we use inches and feet for measurements. I will have to either get a refund on this product or sell it and try to purchase it somewhere else.
