I bought an Iphone 13 Pro and yet it still not delivered
I ordered an Iphone 13 Pro 512 GB on 7 August, however upon no changes to the status as shown on the website as "Unfulfilled", I got worried so I contacted customer service. I've send them multiple Whatsapp messages, and received no reply, however, I did receive an email from them saying that the team is in the "process of sourcing a suitable replacement device for you". I don't know how long it will take so I have emailed them back saying that I want a refund yet they still have not replied. Will update again soon.
