I have been using the Himalayan Shilajit Resin for 4 months now and I am so impressed by all the benefits I have received from taking it !! I 1st noticed I didn’t need to drink as much coffee any more I have pure energy from the Resin !! I just use coffee to put my resin in for the day!!
