prompt, helpful customer service (even with my 3000 questions lmao sorry), decent shipping fees (although they have gotten a bit more pricy), and amazing qc photos!?!? what more could i ask for fr i dont mean to be rude, but i find most of the reviewers have an iq as low as room temperature—you cant blame an entire company because you didnt buy insurance or that your parcel was lost/damaged/ etc., as that is entirely the shipping companys fault and should be treated as such! consequences of your own actions guys
