READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!
From the first phone calls and texts with MELANIE and ROY, I had NOTHING but outstanding service. They both listened well,answered my questions thoroughly, and what I said actually mattered to them. I was NOT just another sale. I can't speak to the quality of the product yet, because this is my first, and I just got my leather seats installed, so only time will tell. HOWEVER...before I dropped $2k on my seats, you can best believe I researched this company and their product THOROUGHLY. I heard nothing but good things from people who had their Katzkin seats for years, use them daily, and they're holding up great, except for a couple minor shiny spots, which is naturally going to happen after 10 years worth of daily butt-slides. That said, I'm looking forward to years of use from what I believe to be a top quality product!!
