WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS! Their customer service is non existent and they will do anything to get more money out of you as a passenger. Checked in as a business class customer at local airport in KL. Was then told my middle name wasn't on the booking (it was) so they forced me to pay an additional fee to change the name on both bookings. Plus no lounge for business class passengers. Numerous other bad experiences from other customers (wish I had read them beforehand!), so please avoid for your own sake.
