Extremely Disappointed with Kole Imports – Unprofessional & Unhelpful
I had a very disappointing experience with Kole Imports. After placing my order and making full payment, I faced multiple problems: No Proper Invoice Provided: Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide a commercial invoice. This prevented me from proceeding with my Amazon FBA ungating and shipment plan. Order Delays & Miscommunication: My order was kept on hold for a long time without proper updates. Instead of solving the problem, they kept sending me generic responses and links to their “FBA Guide” which did not help. Financial Loss & Harassment: Because they didn’t give the required invoice, I couldn’t sell the products I had paid for. This caused unnecessary delays, financial loss, and stress. Lack of Support: Their customer service was unhelpful and failed to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. I expected professionalism from a wholesale supplier, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them again and I cannot recommend them to other Amazon sellers.
