The sharing e-sim with a friend is a big scam
Big scam! I bought 2 e-sims and gave one to my wife. Installation was a problem, but costumer service fixed it. Then the troubles began… my wife got constant issues with connection, logging into the app etc. She had to manually shut off her phone and turn it back on in order to work 5minutes… costumer service couldn’t do anything. And then suddenly from 1 moment into the other she got a text that her data pack was empty. But the app still said it was at 4gb… she contacted costumer service and they said (after 3 hours waiting for response) the app must be in delay or something and that they couldn’t help her. Newsflash, the app still got the data showing after another 3h, but no internet access. After 30min texting with costumer support (that didn’t really understood what was going on) the only thing she could do is buy a new pac. So for not working properly the entire time, the stolen/missing 4gb and the hours waiting for response she asked for a compensation for the inconvenience. Just 1gb to get through the day (because being stuck in a foreign city without internet is not ideal). But they wouldn’t even do that. She just had to buy a new pack, but for that she needed internet access. So be advised if you buy this e-sim to share with somebody. It doesn’t work properly and your date can suddenly be gone. Don’t count on the costumer support because the only thing they will do is basically calling you stupid and making you pay more.
