Delivery Delays, Unprofessional Dispatch Rider and Poor Customer Experience
For five days now, I have been unable to receive my parcel. The first day, a dispatch rider called and told me he was heading to a different location, entirely different from the location i had entered for my delivery pick up. I told him to bring it to where I was already waiting to receive the parcel, he said he can't that another rider will deliver it the following day. Day 2, a rider called and asked me to send my order details. I did. I called thrice afterwards and he didn't pick my call. Day 3, no call from no rider, yet I kept getting an automated text about my parcel being delivered that day. Day 4, same thing. I called the phone number found in the text, twice, no one picked, until I sent a sensitive text. Then the number called. No apologies. Said I will receive the parcel the following day. This is day 5, and I'm still waiting.
