I paid US$ 117 for Wondershare Dr Fone Life licence. The product didn’t meet my need. I applied for refund. I was twice informed that my application was not receivable. I made a third application and no answer anymore. This company is extremely difficult to contact, You have to go through their internet site and it is by far not easy.
