Our experience with Angi has been extremely disappointing. We received 48 leads, and approximately 90% of them did not answer our calls or respond to messages. Despite being unable to verify or contact most of these supposed customers, Angi continued charging us for the leads. Our starting budget was $2,850, and only $1,609 remains—meaning $1,241 was spent with almost no meaningful return. Before activating our account, Angi required us to submit the ZIP codes we serve. We provided them, but Angi failed to configure the service area correctly. We then received and were charged for leads outside our approved locations. This was their setup failure, yet our company is expected to absorb the cost. We contacted support multiple times by email and received no meaningful assistance. Instead of investigating the charges, correcting the ZIP codes, and refunding invalid or unreachable leads, support simply offered to request a supervisor callback. Businesses should be extremely careful before committing a budget to Angi. In our experience, the lead quality, account setup, billing transparency, and customer support have all been unacceptable. I will update this review if Angi completes a proper audit and issues the appropriate credits or refunds. Until then, I cannot recommend this service.
