Shit customer service
Shit customer service due to credits that I was supposed to get did not get and coupon code that it was supposed to expired on septemebr gmt their time ,even though I bought it on Est time .When you buy the product on a specific store like USA you should use that specific timezone.Not Beijing timezone. You guys reached out to me and tou gave me a measly 10 off my next purchase ...while the first printer of h2s was defective and you offered 100 off something off , I send a email and you send me with 3 choices after I send you the print logs....Basically you already thought I was lying .Send it to fed ex and due to the amount of excess weight my back was killing me for 2 weeks straight .I will see how this printer....works ,because I have a bad owmen that after 30 days my "new printer" will stop working.And why you are asking why a "new printer" ....said box ans the glass has stained crap ....the screen has stained also...I need to open another ticket ....screw these people.
